The Himachal Urban Development Authority (HIMUDA) is inviting open tenders for the construction of the Housing Colony Sanjauli, Phase III, located at Khasra No. 89, 90, and 91, up Mohal Shahnaan II. The scope of work includes the construction of 6 No. 2BHK flats in Block No. 18 B with a parking floor and attic floor, including internal and water supply (WS) and sanitary installations (SI), site development, external WS, sewerage system (SS), and rainwater harvesting (RWHT). The estimated tender value is ₹3,44,90,719, and the project is expected to be completed within 300 days.
