The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the work of M/R to D/Pool building under GHQ Section, Army Command Area, ARTRAC Shimla dg. 2025-26. SH Replacement of wall tiles, WC repairing of false ceiling and other misc. civil works at Zone-I Annandale, Shimla. The estimated cost of the project is ₹7,49,865 with a time allowance of 30 days. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹14,997 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, or BG in favor of Executive Engineer-II, CPWD, Shimla. Interested bidders must possess a valid Enlistment Order of the CPWD registered Contractor in the appropriate class of composite (B and R) category, a Certificate of Registration for GST, a copy of Compulsory ERP training certificate from any CPWD Regional Training Institute, and a copy of receipt of deposition of original EMD to the division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD (including NIT issuing EE), Insurance Surety Bonds, Account Payee Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit Receipt, Bankers Cheque or Bank Guarantee (as prescribed) issued by a Commercial Bank, against EMD., and any other document as per NIT.
