The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the work: Repair of leakage seepage of roof, repair of flooring and window etc of Set no.-1 and Set-II, Type-V Duplex quarter at Belvedere state at CRI kasauli (HP). NIT/RFP NO is 163/EE-II/SD/AE-Kasauli 2025-26, with an estimated cost of ₹ 15,24,537. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is ₹ 30,491 and can be submitted via DD, FDR, CDR or BG in favour of Executive Engineer-II, CPWD, Shimla. Key dates include a document download and bid submission end date of 14-Oct-2025 03:00 PM and bid opening on 14-Oct-2025 03:30 PM. Bidders must submit mandatory documents including Insurance Surety Bonds, Account Payee Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit Receipt, Bankers Cheque or Bank Guarantee (as prescribed) issued by a Commercial Bank, against EMD, Valid Enlistment Order of the CPWD registered Contractor in appropriate class of composite (B and R) category, copy of receipt of deposition of original EMD to division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD (including NIT issuing EE), Certificate of Registration for GST, Copy of Compulsory ERP training certificate from any CPWD Regional Training Institute, and any other document as per NIT.
