Tender Description
Work Description - Construction Of Multi-faculty Building (f/s) Including Internal Electrical Installation Firefighting, Fire Alarm & Lift Under Phase-iii For Himachal Pradesh University At Summer Hill Shimla (hp). Sh Balance Works Of C/o Ramp From Existing Building To Multi-faculty Building, Rainwater Tank, Providing Internal Electrical Installation, Fire Fighting And Fire Alarm System And Other Miscellaneous Works.
The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the construction of a Multi-Faculty Building (F/S) including internal electrical installation, firefighting, fire alarm & lift under Phase-III for Himachal Pradesh University at Summer Hill Shimla (HP). This project, bearing NIT/RFP NO 170/EE-II/SD/AE-III/2025-26(Recall), encompasses balance works of construction of a ramp from the existing building to the Multi-Faculty Building, a rainwater tank, providing Internal Electrical Installation, Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm System, and other miscellaneous works. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 94,64,134 and the time allowed for completion is 75 days. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,89,283, payable via DD, FDR, CDR or BG in favour of Executive Engineer-II,CPWD,Shimla, is required.
