The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the construction of a Hostel building, OPD block, and Ramp for a composite Rehabilitation Centre (CRC), including SITC of internal EI & Fans, Compound lighting & cabling, Fire Fighting with Sprinkler System, Automatic Fire Alarm System, Fire Exit signages, UPS system, Emergency lighting, Audio Visual system, and EPABX system for persons with disabilities, located in Sundernagar, Distt Mandi (H.P) under phase-I. This also includes site development, specifically wiring/rewiring of the basement, ramp, balcony, new guard post, and roof areas, and provision of fans and fittings in the building constructed under phase-I. The estimated cost of the work is ₹5,31,982 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹10,640, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG. Bidders must submit their bids electronically between October 29, 2025, and November 6, 2025, at 3:00 PM. The bid opening date is November 6, 2025, at 3:30 PM. Mandatory documents include Insurance Surety Bond/Demand Draft/Banker's Cheque/FDR/Bank Guarantee for EMD, proof of original EMD deposition, CPWD enlistment order, GST registration certificate (or undertaking), valid electrical contractor license (or undertaking), ERP training certificate, and any other document specified in the NIT.
