The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for composite work pertaining to the maintenance of electrical installations, routine maintenance, and operation under Sub Division-II. The scope of work includes MOEI in the CPNR Building Gorton Castle, Railway Board Building, and SIB Dormer under Railway Board Section Shimla; MOEI, RMO pump set at GPRA under Bamloe Section Shimla; MOEI, RMO pump set, compound light in GPRA at Kaithu under SD-II; and MOEI, replacement of lamps and tubes, maintenance of Gysers in Army Barracks, PT School, Cook House, Museum, Golf Club, Honeymoon huts at Annadale under HQ ARTRAC, Shimla H.P. The estimated cost of the project is ₹49,89,894 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹99,798, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG in favor of Executive Engineer (Elect.), Shimla Electrical Division, CPWD, Longwood, Shimla.
