The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the operation and maintenance of a 20 KLD capacity Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and a 10 KLD ETP at the ESIC Hospital in Parwanoo, District Solan, HP. This composite civil work, under NIT/RFP No. 38/EE-II/SD/AE-Kasauli/2025-26, is valued at an estimated cost of ₹13,50,401 (Thirteen Lakh Fifty Thousand Four Hundred and One Rupees), with a time allowance of 365 days. Interested bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹27,008 in the form of a DD, FDR, CDR, or BG in favour of Executive Engineer-II, CPWD, Shimla. Key dates include a document download and bid submission deadline of June 10th, 2025, at 03:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for June 10th, 2025, at 03:30 PM.
