Work Description - Expression Of Interest (eoi) For Running Of (i) Ready-to-eat (rte), (ii) Traditional Foods Products And (iii) Bakery Products Pilot Plants On Monthly License Basis In Niftem Campus

The National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM), a Central Government Ministry/Department organization, invites Expression of Interest (EOI) through an open tender for the monthly license to run (i) Ready-to-Eat (RTE), (ii) Traditional Foods Products, and (iii) Bakery Products pilot plants within the NIFTEM campus. The tender reference number is N/PiP/PP/2024/5/44. Interested bidders must submit their bids through a two-cover system. Cover 1 should contain copies of the EOI fee, EMD, Company Registration/Incorporation Certificate, Work Experience, Annual Turnover, and other relevant documents as per the EOI. Cover 2 should contain the BoQ. A fixed EMD of ₹1,00,000 is required, payable to the Office of NIFTEM in Haryana, with exemptions allowed as per the guidelines. A tender fee of ₹590 is also applicable, payable to the same office, with exemptions also considered. Key dates to note are: the ePublished Date and Document Download Start Date is June 4, 2025, Document Download End Date and Bid Submission End Date is June 24, 2025 (02:00 PM), and the Bid Opening Date is June 25, 2025 (03:00 PM).
