The E-IN-C Branch of the Military Engineer Services, acting through GE (AF) Gurgaon, invites open tenders for the "ADDTION /ALTERATION /IMPROVEMENT TO CERTAIN MD ACCN AT AF STN ARJANGARH UNDER GE AF GURGAON." This is an item rate contract for civil works, valued at ₹43,00,000, with a period of work of 240 days. The tender documents can be downloaded from June 10, 2025, 06:00 PM until July 01, 2025, 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between June 24, 2025, 06:00 PM and July 01, 2025, 06:00 PM, and will be opened on July 03, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the office of GE (AF) Gurgaon. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹86,000 is required, payable to GE (AF) Gurgaon, along with a non-refundable tender fee of ₹500, also payable to GE (AF) Gurgaon. Both payments are to be made offline via Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft. Bidders must submit scanned copies of the application, Demand Draft, EMD, MES enlistment letter, GST Registration Number, and PF Number in Cover 1, and the Financial BOQ in Cover 2. For un-enlisted contractors, scanned copies of documents meeting enlistment criteria of MES in D class are required.
