The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, invites open tenders for "CWE/CHM-73/2025-26 EXTERNAL PERIODICAL SERVICES INCLUDING CONNECTED REPAIRS IN JCO/ OR MARRIED ACCOMODATION IN SECTOR C AND SECTOR E UNDER AGE B/R-III AT CHANDIMANDIR MIL STN. (SMART PERIODICAL)" at GE Chandimandir. This is an item rate contract for civil works, valued at ₹75,00,000 with a work period of 180 days and a bid validity of 60 days. The tender documents, including the BOQ, are available for download from August 2nd, 2025, 05:30 PM until August 30th, 2025, 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between August 23rd, 2025, 03:00 PM and August 30th, 2025, 06:00 PM, and will be opened on September 6th, 2025, at 11:00 AM at HQ CWE Chandimandir. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,37,500 is required, payable to GE Chandimandir, along with a tender fee of ₹1,000, also payable to GE Chandimandir via Bankers Cheque, Demand Draft or FDR. Interested parties must submit scanned copies of GST registration, EPF registration, an application letter, tender cost DD/BC, enlistment details (if enlisted), documents meeting enlistment criteria (if un-enlisted), EMD proof, and details of work in hand (if one class below).
