The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through GE (AF) Gurgaon No 1, invites open tenders for the work "CA NO. GE AF NO.1/GUR-47/2025-26 REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF LT DISTRIBUTION NETWORK SYSTEM, UNSERVICEABLE LT UG CABLE, LT JOINT FINDING FAULTS, LT EQUIPMENT, CONTROL GEAR, LT PANEL CONNECTED ITEMS INCLUDING LOAD BALANCING OF EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY". This is an item rate contract valued at ₹40,00,000, with a period of work of 180 days. The Tender Document can be downloaded starting from 27-Jun-2025 until 19-Jul-2025 (06:00 PM). Bids must be submitted between 12-Jul-2025 (12:00 PM) and 19-Jul-2025 (06:00 PM). Bid opening is scheduled for 22-Jul-2025 at 12:00 PM at GE (AF) Gurgaon No 1. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹80,000 is required, payable to GE (AF) Gurgaon No 1 at Gurgaon and can be submitted through BG/ST or EMD Exemption is allowed. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is also required, payable to GE (AF) Gurgaon No 1 at Gurgaon through Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft. Interested parties must submit scanned copies of the application, cost of the tender in the form of DD or BC, Enlistment letter in MES, EPF & GST registration, documents meeting MES enlistment criteria, Affidavit for No recovery outstanding in any Govt. Dept., List of running work in MES or any Govt Dept, BOQ, NIT, and Tender documents.
