The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through Garrison Engineer Chandimandir, invites open tenders for the work of "GE/CHM-109/2024-2025 SPL REPAIR TO BLDG NO T-2347, P-579, PROVN OF 03 WASHING POINT AND ADDN /ALTN IN BLDG NO P354 UNDER AGE B/R II AT CHANDIMANDIR MIL STN" at Chandimandir Military Station. The estimated tender value is ₹48,50,000 with a period of work of 180 days. This is an item-rate contract. The tender document can be downloaded from April 23, 2025, 06:00 PM until May 14, 2025, 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between May 7, 2025, 06:00 PM and May 14, 2025, 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for May 16, 2025, at 11:00 AM at GE Chandimandir. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹97,000 is required, payable to Garrison Engineer at Chandimandir; exemption is allowed based on applicable guidelines. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable, payable to Garrison Engineer at Chandimandir. The bid validity is 60 days. Interested bidders must submit scanned copies of required documents in two covers, including application letter, DD/BC for tender and EMD, enlistment letter in MES and GST registration certificate and Price Bid.
