The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for "CA NO GE(N)AMB-11/2025-26 WELCOME MAINT , DAY TO DAY MAINT AND REPAIR TO JOINERY, PLUMBING, SANITARY, ROOF, PLASTERING, CERTAIN E/M WORKS AND OTHER CONNECTED BLDG REPAIR WORK IN OFFRS MD ACCN AND OTHER AREAS OF AGE B/R-II UNDER GE (N) AMBALA" at GE(N) Ambala Cantt. This is an Item Rate contract valued at ₹45,00,000 with a work period of 270 days. The tender documents can be downloaded from 03-Jun-2025 02:00 PM to 24-Jun-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 17-Jun-2025 11:00 AM and 24-Jun-2025 06:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for 26-Jun-2025 11:00 AM at GE(N) Ambala Cantt. A fixed EMD of ₹90,000 is required, payable to GE (N) AMBALA CANTT, and can be submitted through BG/ST or EMD Exemption. The tender fee is ₹500, payable to GE (N) AMBALA CANTT. The tender reference number is GE(N)/AMB-11/2025-26. Two covers are required: the first for Fee/PreQual/Technical documents including scanned copies of the application, DD, EPF Account Number, Enlistment letter, GST Registration Number, working capital and solvency certificate and other relevant documents for Un-Enlisted Contractors; the second for the BOQ. Allowed payment instruments include Banker's Cheque and Demand Draft.
