The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through CWE Chandimandir, invites open tenders for the work of "CWE/CHM-12/2025-26 SPECIAL REPAIR TO BUILDING NO. P-116 (BLOCK A, B, C, D and G) OF WCSR UNDER GE CHANDIMANDIR AT CHANDIMANDIR MIL STN". This item-rate contract is valued at ₹94,85,000 with a work period of 180 days. The tender is open to contractors meeting the Class C, Category a(i) NDA/Pre-Qualification criteria or un-enlisted contractors as specified in NIT. Tender documents can be downloaded from 02-Jul-2025 06:00 PM to 30-Jul-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 23-Jul-2025 03:00 PM and 30-Jul-2025 06:00 PM, and will be opened on 06-Aug-2025 at 11:00 AM at HQ CWE Chandimandir. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,67,275.00 is required, payable to GE Chandimandir. The tender fee is ₹1,000, also payable to GE Chandimandir. EMD exemption is not allowed. Interested bidders must submit scanned copies of GST and EPF registration, an application letter, Tender Cost, copy of enlistment, documents meeting enlistment criteria, EMD, and work in hand details, as applicable. The BOQ shall be submitted in Cover 2. Payment can be made via Bankers Cheque, Demand Draft, or FDR. The Tender Reference Number is CWE/CHM-12/2025-26.
