The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through the Garrison Engineer Chandimandir, invites open tenders for the work: GE/CHM-95/2024-2025 ADDN / ALTN TO BLDG NO 118 AT CHANDIMANDIR MIL STN. This Item Rate contract, valued at ₹40,00,000, requires completion within 180 days. The tender documents, including the NIT (Tendernotice_1.pdf) and BOQ (BOQ_810731.xls), can be downloaded from 04-Aug-2025 06:00 PM until 14-Aug-2025 06:00 PM. Interested bidders must submit their bids from 07-Aug-2025 06:00 PM to 14-Aug-2025 06:00 PM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹80,000 is required, payable to the Garrison Engineer at Chandimandir. The EMD can be submitted through BG/ST, or EMD exemption may be allowed. Additionally, a tender fee of ₹500 is payable to the Garrison Engineer at Chandimandir, and no exemption is allowed for the tender fee. Bid opening is scheduled for 16-Aug-2025 at 11:00 AM at GE Chandimandir. Bids will remain valid for 60 days. Required documents to be uploaded in two covers includes scanned copies of application, DD/BC for tender, enlistment letter in MES and GST registration, and for unenlisted firms, documents meeting the criteria of enlistment for class D cat a(i) b(i), undertaking for no recovery outstanding, affidavit for bid securing declaration, DD/BC for Earned Money if not exempt, documents as per clause No 1 page No 11, and the price bid. Payment instruments allowed are Bankers Cheque and Demand Draft.
