E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the work of "CA NO GE(N)AMB-22/2025-26 REPAIR TO JOINERY, PLUMBING, SANITARY, ROOF, PLASTERING AND OTHER CONNECTED BLDG REPAIR WORK IN OTM-IX OF AGE B/R-I UNDER GE (NORTH) AMBALA CANTT" at GE(N) AMBALA CANTT. The estimated tender value is ₹46,00,000 and the work must be completed within 270 days. Tender documents can be downloaded from 05-Jul-2025 01:00 PM until 26-Jul-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 19-Jul-2025 11:00 AM and 26-Jul-2025 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for 28-Jul-2025 11:00 AM at GE(N) AMBALA CANTT. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹92,000 is required, payable to GE (N) AMBALA CANTT via Banker's Cheque or Demand Draft, with EMD exemption allowed. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable, payable to GE (N) AMBALA CANTT. The Tender Reference Number is GE(N)/AMB-22/2025-26.
