The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, invites open tenders for the work described as "CA NO GE(N)AMB-42/2025-26 REPAIR TO JOINERY, PLUMBING, SANITARY, ROOF, PLASTERING AND OTHER CONNECTED BLDG REPAIR WORK IN OTM-VI OF AGE B/R-II UNDER GE (NORTH) AMBALA CANTT" at GE (North) Ambala Cantt. The estimated tender value is ₹40,00,000 with a period of work of 270 days. Tender documents can be downloaded from 30-Aug-2025 11:00 AM until 20-Sep-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 13-Sep-2025 11:00 AM and 20-Sep-2025 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for 22-Sep-2025 11:00 AM at GE (N) Ambala Cantt. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹80,000 is required, payable to GE (N) Ambala Cantt and EMD through BG/ST or EMD Exemption is allowed. The tender fee is ₹500, payable to GE (N) Ambala Cantt, with no exemption allowed. Both Bankers Cheque and Demand Draft are acceptable payment instruments. Interested bidders must submit scanned copies of required documents including application, DD, EPF account number, enlistment letter, GST registration number, working capital and solvency certificate, details of work as per note No.1 of NIT, and other relevant documents, along with the BOQ and tender document in two covers.
