Work Description - Sitc Of Next Generation Sequencing
HITES, a Public Sector Undertaking, invites global tenders for the SITC (Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning) of Next Generation Sequencing equipment at NCI Jhajjar. The estimated tender value is ₹4,00,00,000 (Four Crore Rupees). Interested bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹8,00,000 (Eight Lakh Rupees) payable to HITES at HITES Noida. The tender document, including technical specifications and other relevant details, can be downloaded from 25th June 2025 (06:30 PM) and no later than 14th July 2025 (01:00 PM). A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 1st July 2025 (11:30 AM) at the Chief Board Room, Ground Floor, Administrative Block, NCI-AIIMS Jhajjar, Pincode 124105. Bids must be submitted online between 1st July 2025 (12:00 PM) and 14th July 2025 (01:00 PM). The tender will be opened on 15th July 2025 (02:30 PM) at HITES Noida. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹3,540 (Three Thousand Five Hundred and Forty Rupees) is applicable. Tender reference number is HITES/PCD/NCI-AIIMS/ Path-II/25-26. The successful bidder will be required to complete the work within 45 days, and the bid validity is 270 days.
