Work Description - As Per Tender Documents.

The Directorate General Defence Estates invites open tenders for the "Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Operation & Maintenance for 5 years of a 59 Kwp (9 kwp, 50 kwp) Grid-Connected Roof Top Solar PV System" at Wellness Centre Backside Police Post, RHA Bazar, and the Cantonment Board Office in Ambala Cantt. This project, referenced as ACB/AE/TDR/2025/10, requires submission of bids in two covers, with the first cover containing proof of payment and other technical documents and the second cover containing the BOQ/Price bid/Financial bid in specified format. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹55,000 is required, payable to the Chief Executive Officer at the Cantonment Board office, Ambala Cantt., and a tender fee of ₹1,500 is applicable, also payable to the Chief Executive Officer at the same location, payment through offline mode. The deadline for document download and bid submission is 5:00 PM on June 7th, 2025, with the bid opening scheduled for 10:00 AM on June 9th, 2025.
