The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the Up-gradation Works of Kendriya Vidyalaya, ITBP, Bhanu, Distt. Panchkula, Haryana. Specifically, this project focuses on repairs of old damaged Grit Plaster, Assembly Stage flooring with Kota Stone and Covering of Assembly Stage with Sheet Roofing, Renovation of Staff and Student Toilets, and Repairs of damaged Boundary Wall including painting of the School Building and Boundary Wall including Electrical Work. This composite maintenance work, identified by NIT/RFP NO 26/EE/CHD-II/2025-26, has an estimated cost of ₹ 94,71,704 and must be completed within 180 days. Interested bidders must submit their proposals electronically between September 2nd, 2025, and September 9th, 2025, at 3:00 PM. A bid opening is scheduled for September 9th, 2025, at 3:30 PM. Mandatory documents, including EMD of ₹ 1,89,434 (payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of Project Region Chandigarh - SE-Chandigarh - EE-CHG-II), Copy of receipt for deposition of EMD, EPFO, ESIC, BOCW Welfare Board, PF Nos., Labour Licence, GST or Undertaking, Enlistment Order of the CPWD Contractors, Electrical Contractor Licence or Undertaking, Certificate of ERP training for enlisted contractors, and any other documents specified in the NIT, must be provided.
