E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, invites open tenders for "REPAIRS TO EXTERNAL LT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM INCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF UG CABLES POLE PAINTING MCCBS, LT PANELS AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS AT ASC MADGAON AND PONDA UNDER GE PANAJI" with Tender ID 2025_MES_723713_1 and Tender Reference Number 8248/E8. This is an Item Rate contract valued at ₹35,00,000. The tender documents can be downloaded from July 31, 2025, 04:45 PM until August 21, 2025, 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between August 14, 2025, 11:00 AM and August 21, 2025, 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for August 28, 2025, at 11:00 AM at GE PANAJI, located OPPOSITE KALA ACADEMY ST INEZ ROAD PANAJI GOA 403001. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹70,000 is required, payable to GARRISON ENGINEER PANAJI, and a tender fee of ₹500, also payable to GARRISON ENGINEER PANAJI. EMD exemption is allowed through BG/ST. Interested bidders should note the period of work is 180 days and bid validity is 60 days. The tender documents consist of two covers: Cover 1 requires the application on the firm's letterhead, DD or Banker's Cheque toward the cost of the tender, enlistment letter, EMD instrument, GST registration details, EPF details, and additional documents as per NIT Note No 11 and Note no 1 and 2. Cover 2 contains the BOQ. Payment can be made offline through Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft.
