Work Description - Structural Audit Of Flyover And Hydrological And Structural Consultancy For Construction Of Culverts/ Small Bridges At Various Locations In Delhi.

The Public Works Department, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for consultancy services related to the "Structural audit of flyover and Hydrological and structural consultancy for construction of culverts/ small bridges at various locations in Delhi" vide Tender Reference Number 11/SE/F-5/PWD/GNCTD/2025-26. This tender, categorized as a service, requires submission of bids in two covers. Cover 1 contains the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,44,400 in the form of a Banker's Cheque from a scheduled commercial bank or Fixed Deposit. In addition to EMD, Cover 1 must include a certificate of work experience (Form C and C-1), an affidavit as per Annexure A5, a Certificate of Financial Turnover from a CA (Form-A), a Banker's Certificate (Form-B) or Networth Certificate, GST registration certificate and acknowledgement of upto-date filed return by 31st March 2025, a Letter of transmittal, the structure and organization of the bidder in Form-E, the Permanent Account Number (PAN), and an undertaking regarding association with the original design. Cover 2 comprises the BOQ document. Tender documents can be downloaded from 03-Oct-2025 01:10 PM until 24-Oct-2025 03:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 03-Oct-2025 03:00 PM and 24-Oct-2025 03:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for 24-Oct-2025 at 03:30 PM at the office of EE, F-51, PWD, Under Ring Road Bypass Flyover, I.G. Stadium Oppt. Gate No. 9, New Delhi-02. This is an Item Rate contract, and the period of work is 540 days. Interested parties should also note that EMD is payable to the Executive Engineer, CBMD, M-432, PWD, and payable at New Delhi. Furthermore, Demand Draft, FDR and Banker's Cheque are acceptable instruments for payment.
