Cover 1 is for Fee/PreQual/Technical documents which include Scanned receipt of deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any PWD/CPWD as per NIT, Scanned copy of GST registration certificate and up to date GST return as per para 15 c) of NIT and Scanned copy of valid electrical license as per para 15 d) at page 4 of uploaded NIT.
