The Public Works Department, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for the construction of a new RCC drain from Prachin Hanuman Mandir to Ram Niwas Plant Nursery at Road No. 38 under PWD Division NWR-1, Sub-Division NWR-12 during 2025-26. The estimated tender value is ₹ 97,01,555 and the work must be completed within 90 days. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,94,031 is required, representing 2.0% of the tender value, payable to EE, M-311(N), PWD, Mukarba Chowk, Delhi-110033, via Demand Draft, FDR, Banker's Cheque or Bank Guarantee. The bid opening date is scheduled for 04-Jul-2025 03:30 PM at the office of EE,NWR-1, PWD, Mukarba Chowk, Delhi-110033. This is a two-cover system. Cover 1 requires submission of (i) Copy of receipt of deposition of original EMD, (ii) Insurance Surety Bond, Demand Draft/ Account Payee Bankers Cheque / FDR/ Bank Guarantee, (iii) Valid CPWD Registration Certificate of appropriate composite category, (iv) GST Registration Certificate of the state in which the work is to be taken up, (v) Certificates of Work Experience as per para 1.2.1ofCPWD-6(For Non CPWD contractors only), (vi) Certificate regarding Financial details as per para 1.2.2ofCPWD-6(For Non CPWD contractors only), (vii) Letter of Transmittal (For Non CPWD contractors only), (viii) An affidavit as specified under clause 1.2.2 of CPWD 6.(For Non CPWD contractors only), (ix) Soft copy of NIT in PDF as uploaded by EE, Cover 2 is for BOQ.
