An EMD of ₹70,021, representing 2.0% of the tender value, is required, payable to the Executive Engineer (E), PWD EMD M-251, Delhi via Demand Draft, FDR or Bankers Cheque. This is a two-cover system, where Cover 1 includes fee/prequalification/technical documents as specified in the NIT, and Cover 2 contains the BOQ.
