The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "REPAIR/MAINT OF DG SET INCL CABLE, AIR CURTAINS, WATER COOLER, DESERT COOLER AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMSAND REPAIR / MAINT OF SUMMER COOLING APPLIANCES, REFRIGERATOR, DEEP FREEZER, RO ALONGWITH ACCESSORIES AND MISC WORK AT BRD UNDER GE (AF) TUGHLAKABAD" at GE AF Tughlakabad. This is an Item Rate contract with an estimated tender value of ₹40,00,000. The tender reference number is GE/TKD-51/2025-26. Interested bidders can download the tender documents starting June 25, 2025, from 11:00 AM. The deadline for document download and bid submission is July 15, 2025, at 06:00 PM. Bids will be opened on July 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM at GE AF Tughlakabad. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹80,000 is required, payable to GE AF Tughlakabad via Banker's Cheque or Demand Draft, and is payable at New Delhi; EMD exemption is allowed through BG/ST. MES contractors enlisted having deposited Standing Security with the department are eligible. Contractors not enlisted in MES should meet the MES enlistment criteria corresponding to appropriate Class-D, Category-c(i). The period of work is 270 days, and the bid validity is 60 days. This tender will be conducted through a two-cover system; Cover 1 for Fee/PreQual/Technical documents, including application, enlistment letter, PF code, GST registration, ESI letter, electrical license and Affidavit for No recovery outstanding in any Govt. Deptt., and Cover 2 for the Finance bid. Tender fee is nil.
