Military Engineer Services (MES), E-IN-C Branch, invites open tenders for the work of "WELCOME MAINTENANCE AND PERIODICAL SERVICES BY USING SMART PERIODICAL METHODOLOGY TO CERTAIN BLDGS AND REPAIR TO CHAJJA, PLASTER, WALL AND CONNECTED B/R ITEMS IN CERTAIN BLDGS AT AF STN NAJAFGARH UNDER GE (AF) TUGHLAKABAD," referenced as GE/TKD-12/2025-26. The estimated tender value is ₹40,00,000, with a work period of 270 days. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is fixed at ₹80,000, payable to GE AF Tughlakabad in New Delhi, and EMD exemption is allowed through BG/ST.
