Bidders must submit scanned copies of GST registration, DJB registration, RTGS/online/EMD/Tender fee/FDR details, PAN Card, affidavit for debarment/blacklisting, affidavit regarding relatives in DJB, machine specifications undertaking, list of vehicles with registration numbers, and the BOQ. The machine should be deployed within 7 days of the award and a replacement must be provided in case of breakdown.
