Work Description - Sitc Of 3 Nos. 13 Passenger Lifts I/c Buy Back Credit Of Old Lifts As Well As Four Years Comprehensive Maintenance Contract After Successful Completion Of One Year Dlp Period.
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "Replacement of 3 nos. 13 passenger lifts in Block-B Vikas Sadan". This comprehensive project includes the SITC (Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning) of three new 13-passenger lifts, incorporating a buy-back credit for the old lifts. The scope of work also encompasses a four-year comprehensive maintenance contract following the successful completion of a one-year DLP (Defect Liability Period). The estimated Tender Value is ₹89,61,024, and the Period of Work is 2190 days. Interested bidders must submit an EMD of ₹1,79,220 payable to Sr. A. O. CAU SOUTH ZONE at SHAHPURJAT.
