Work Description - Annual Maintenance And Repair Of C.i/g.i Line To Supply The Treated Effluent Water From Stp For Horticulture Purpose To Various Parks/green Belt In Sector-23, 24 And 25, Rohini (as And When Required).

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "Annual Maintenance and repair of C.I/G.I line to supply the treated effluent water From STP for horticulture purpose to various parks/green belt in Sector-23, 24 and 25, Rohini (As and when required)." as described in Tender Reference Number 06/EE/HCD-6/DDA/2025-26. This works tender, valued at ₹23,01,427, requires an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹46,029, calculated as 2.0% of the tender value, payable offline to SR. AO/CAU Horticulture, as per NIT guidelines. Bidders must submit scanned copies of the EMD (via RTGS/NEFT), proof of registration with the Contractors Registration Board (CRB) of DDA, work experience certificates (if applicable), a bank solvency certificate (if applicable), an affidavit, GST registration certificate, a tender acceptance letter, annual e-tender registration fee receipt and all other applicable documents as described in the NIT along with the schedule of price bid in the form of BoQ. The period of work is 365 days and the bid validity is 75 days.
