The Delhi Development Authority (DDA), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "Cleaning and Sweeping of roads, footpaths etc. and dechocking of Sewer Lines including maintenance of manhole chambers and Mitigation of Dust pollution by deploying truck mounted hydraulic operated sprinkler for sprinkling of water in Sector-4 (extn)." The Tender Reference Number is 07/EE/RMD-1/DDA/2025-26. This is a Works contract with an estimated value of ₹1,85,53,053. The project has a period of work of 365 days. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹3,71,061, representing 2.0% of the tender value, is required, payable offline to SR. AO/CAU at ROHINI ZONE, DDA. RTGS and NEFT are acceptable payment instruments. The bid opening date is scheduled for 13-May-2025 03:30 PM at the office of EE,RMD-1,ROHINI ZONE,DDA. Interested bidders must submit scanned copies of required documents, including EMD transaction reference, Enlistment Order in CRB of DDA or other government agencies, proof of e-tendering processing fee deposit, work experience certificate (if applicable), GST registration certificate, PAN card, Tender Acceptance Letter, EPFO and ESIC registration certificates, bank account details, and relevant undertakings/affidavits, as detailed in the tender documents.
