Bidders are required to submit necessary documents including proof of EMD payment, valid electrical license, enlistment order, CRB registration, GST registration, net worth/solvency certificate, a tender acceptance letter, financial turnover certificate from a CA, notarized affidavit, work completion certificates, a blacklisting undertaking, a letter of transmittal, TDS certificate (if applicable), ESIC and EPF registration, and any relevant corrigenda. Payment can be made via R-T-G-S or NEFT.
