Work Description - Sic Epi-wafers
The Department of Defence Research and Development (DRDO), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites global tenders for the supply of SiC Epi-wafers, with Tender Reference Number SSPL/MMG/DPP/GBM/B/R/25-26/095 and Tender ID 2025_DRDO_730905_1. This is a supply contract requiring bidders to submit their proposals in two covers: a Fee/PreQual/Technical cover (Cover 1) and a Finance cover (Cover 2) containing the price as per the attached BOQ format. The EMD amount is fixed at ₹68,400, payable to DIRECTOR, SSPL, in DELHI, through Bankers Cheque, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or FDR. EMD exemption is allowed.
