The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the Annual Repair and Maintenance Operations (A/R M/O) in various residential and non-residential buildings at IARI Pusa, New Delhi, specifically focusing on the comprehensive maintenance of 3 Nos. 16 passenger lifts and 1 No. Good cum 16 Passenger Lift at LBS Building. This electrical and maintenance work project, identified by Tender ID 125975 and NIT/RFP NO 77/2025-26/DED-71/1 Recall, is estimated to cost ₹8,47,680, and the contract duration is 12 months.
