(SH: Providing the service of commercial Jeep/Van/Car (Non-AC) on hire basis for the O/o Assistant Engineer-II, CD-XIV, R.K. Puram, New Delhi.)". Form A, GST registration certificate of the state in which the work is to be taken up, Detail of Agency Form B, Proof of Registered Travel Agent (Only for Travel Agent), and Certificate of compulsory ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) training issued through LMS of ERP.
