The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the upgradation and renovation of 76 Special Type MPs Flats at B.D. Marg, New Delhi, under Sub-Div.-IV of PaWD-III, dg.2025-26, specifically focusing on the renovation of Hon'ble MPs Flats including woodwork in cupboard partitions at Ganga, Yamuna & Saraswati Block. This composite work tender, identified by NIT/RFP NO 153/2025-26/PaWD-III/Delhi, is estimated to cost ₹28,36,504 with a stipulated completion period of 75 days. Interested bidders must submit their bids by 3:00 PM on October 16, 2025, with the bid opening scheduled for 3:30 PM on the same day.
