Work Description - A/r & M/o Dr.kssr, Tughlakabad, New Delhi During 2025-26. (sh:- Annual Repair And Maintenance Including Supply Of Materials For Day To Day Maintenance And Cleaning Of Overhead / Underground Water Storage Tanks And Blocked Sewer Lines At Dr.kssr, New Delhi)

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the Annual Repair and Maintenance of Dr. KSSR, Tughlakabad, New Delhi during 2025-26. (SH:- Annual Repair and maintenance including supply of materials for day to day maintenance and cleaning of overhead / underground water storage tanks and blocked sewer lines at Dr.KSSR, New Delhi). This is the second call for Tender Reference Number 08/EE/SAI-DIVN/2025-26. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 97,62,294 with a time allowance of 12 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,95,246 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, SMCD, CPWD, IGSC, New Delhi. The bid submission start and end dates are July 24, 2025, 12:46 AM, and July 31, 2025, 03:00 PM, respectively. The bid opening date is July 31, 2025, at 03:30 PM. Interested bidders must download the tender documents before July 31, 2025, 03:00 PM. Mandatory documents include, among others, a Bankers Cheque/Demand Draft/Fixed Deposit Receipt/Insurance Surety Bonds/Bank Guarantee for the EMD, a copy of the original EMD deposition receipt from the division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD, a copy of the Contractor's Enlistment Order, GST Registration Certificate (if applicable), and a CPWD-enlisted contractor must upload their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) training certificate.
