Work Description - Maintenance Of Various E&m Services At Igi Stadium Complex, New Delhi During 2025-26 (sh- Servicing Of 33/11 Kv Transformer, Breakers, Acb, Vcb, Ats, Tnc Switch, Led Indicating Lamp At Various Sub Stations).

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "Maintenance of various E&M services at IGI Stadium Complex, New Delhi during 2025-26 (SH- Servicing of 33/11 KV Transformer, Breakers, ACB, VCB, ATS, TNC Switch, LED indicating lamp at various sub stations)." NIT/RFP NO is 25/EE(E)/DED-202/2025-26. This tender is for NON-CPWD CONTRACTOR. The estimated cost of this electrical work is ₹ 22,36,987 with a time allowance of 2 months. Bids must be submitted by 03:00 PM on September 9th, 2025. The bid opening will occur at 03:30 PM on the same day. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 44,740 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, SMCD, CPWD, New Delhi. Mandatory documents for submission include a Scan Copy of Original EMD and its deposit receipt, Work Experience certificates issued by an officer not less than the Executive Engineer, Profit-Loss statement for the last 5 years ending upto March 2025, Net worth certificate for the year ending upto March 2025, a Valid Electrical Contractor License, Registration in GST and upto date filed return, and Training Certificate of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
