The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the "Roof Treatment of admin building, A.P. Shinde Museum (remaining Work ), Electric Sub-Station building at NASC Complex at ICAR, Pusa, New Delhi.( SH:- Dismantling and refixing of Rooftop Solar PV Module and all associated accessories installed at B Block NASC Complex etc. as reqd.)". This electrical work contract, estimated at ₹ 1,86,877 with a completion period of 3 months, necessitates dismantling and refixing of rooftop solar PV modules and associated accessories installed at B Block NASC Complex as per requirements. Bidding is open from June 16, 2025, until June 19, 2025, 3:00 PM. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 3,738 is required, payable in favor of Executive Engineer (E), Electrical Division-XI, CPWD, New Delhi, via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG. Key mandatory documents include EMD, a copy of the EMD receipt, authorization from M/s. AZURE Power Rooftop One Pvt. Ltd. (or their authorized agency), GST Registration Certificate (if applicable), a valid Electrical Contractor License or undertaking, PAN copy, firm/agency contact details, and an undertaking for electronic measurement recording via the CPWD ERP module. Bidders must meet the eligibility criteria, including possessing authorization from M/s. AZURE Power Rooftop One Pvt. Ltd. (or their authorized agency).
