The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the construction of a combined building including an Admin Block, Quarter Guard, Quarter Master Store, Training Store, MT Complex, and Tradesmen Shop (G Plus 6 with Basement) at 22nd Bn, Tigri Campus, New Delhi. This project, under NIT/RFP NO 06/EE&SM(C)-2/DPC-II/CPWD/2025-26/ (Modified), also includes providing consultancy services for obtaining Environment Clearance, permission for tree transplantation/cutting from competent authorities, and preparation of tender documents/draft NIT. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 20,62,591 and will take approximately 3 months to complete. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) required is ₹ 41,252, payable via DD or FDR in favor of EE&SM( C) -2 IIIDEM Project CPWD R.K. Puram New Delhi.
