The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the provision of comprehensive consultancy services for the Engineering Planning of a Basement, Stilt, and 5 Storied Central Administrative Building (CAB) at the NCERT Campus in New Delhi. This project encompasses the preparation of a Detailed Estimate, Structural Design and Drawings, Services Design Drawings, and Electrical Services Drawings. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 58,58,000, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,17,160 payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, V Division, CPWD, New Delhi. Key dates include the document download end and bid submission deadline of September 19, 2025, at 03:00 PM, and bid opening on the same day at 03:30 PM. Mandatory documents for submission include proof of EMD payment, a copy of empanelment order issued by CPWD, PAN card, GST registration certificate, an affidavit regarding associate sub-consultants and in-house capabilities, a signed Integrity Pact, and a declaration on maintaining secrecy of bid documents.
