The work involves the Maintenance of garden areas attached to different bungalows under Sub Division-3/HD-1, CPWD, New Delhi during 2025-26, specifically providing, stacking, and displaying winter seasonal flowering potted plants such as Dianthus, Pansy, Petunia, Salvia, Dahlia, and Cineraria at the designated site. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 90,69,225, and the time allowed for completion is 4 months. Bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,81,385 in the form of Insurance Surety Bonds, Account Payee Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR), Bankers Cheque, or Bank Guarantee drawn in favour of Deputy Director (Horticulture), Horticulture Division-1, CPWD, Ashoka Complex, South Avenue, New Delhi. Mandatory documents include the EMD, Copy of Enlistment Order, GST Registration Certificate, copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD and Certificate of Participation in ERP Training.
