The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the Upgradation Works for GPRA Quarters, inclusive of Civil and Electrical Works, under Service Centre No. 247 (under 3H/Sub-Division), DIZ Area, New Delhi, under the jurisdiction of H-Division during the year 2025-26. This composite work is estimated to cost ₹ 93,83,192 (Ninety Three Lakh Eighty Three Thousand One Hundred and Ninety Two Rupees) with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,87,664, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer H Division CPWD New Delhi. The time allowed for completion is 3 months. Tender documents can be downloaded starting from May 7, 2025, at 05:45 PM, and the deadline for document download and bid submission is May 20, 2025, at 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened on May 20, 2025, at 03:30 PM.
