The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for electrical and maintenance works, specifically for the Annual Repair and Maintenance Operation (ARMO) of EI Fans, Pumps, Lifts, DG Sets, Fire Alarm, and Fire Fighting Systems at various CGHS Dispensary Buildings in New Delhi for the year 2025-26. This composite tender, NIT/RFP NO 20/EE(E)/DED-81/2025-26 - Recall 1, is estimated to cost ₹ 44,87,400. The work involves the operation and maintenance of EI Fans, Pumps, including comprehensive maintenance of Lifts, and supplying and fixing of WTAC, STAC, UPS, and Electrical accessories in different dispensaries. Interested bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 89,748 in the form of DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of EE(E) ECD-III CPWD New Delhi.
