Work Description - A/r & M/o Mps Flats At North Avenue Under Sub-div.-ii Of Pawd-iii, New Delhi, Dg. 2025-26. (sh: Water Proofing Of Various Mps Flats I.e. 114, 144, 164, 172, 190, 210 And 218 Etc. At North Avenue).

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the Annual Repair and Maintenance of MPs Flats at North Avenue under Sub-Division-II of PaWD-III, New Delhi, for the year 2025-26. This project specifically focuses on the waterproofing of various MPs Flats, including flats numbered 114, 144, 164, 172, 190, 210, and 218, located at North Avenue. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 26,46,610 and the project is to be completed within 2 months. Interested bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 52,932 in the form of a Banker's Cheque, Account Payee Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit Receipt, Insurance Surety Bonds, or Bank Guarantee from a Commercial Bank, favoring EE-PaWD-III, CPWD, New Delhi. Mandatory documents for submission include proof of EMD deposition, GST Registration Certificate, ERP Training Certificate from CPWD Regional Training Institutes or the National CPWD Academy, and documentation from a specialized agency for waterproofing work as per condition No.50 in Page-38 of NIT and a copy of Enlistment Order of CPWD Contractor in appropriate class of composite category.
