The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the comprehensive maintenance of various E&M services at the IGI Stadium Complex, New Delhi, during 2025-26. This includes the specialized sub-work of comprehensive maintenance of different capacity Schneider and Vertiv make UPS systems at different stadiums. NIT/RFP NO is 06/EE(E)/DED-202/2025-26, This electrical works project is estimated to cost ₹15,00,936 and has a completion timeline of 12 months. Interested NON-CPWD CONTRACTOR bidders must download tender documents between July 10, 2025, and July 17, 2025, 03:00 PM. Bids must be submitted electronically between July 10, 2025, and July 17, 2025, 03:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for July 17, 2025, at 03:30 PM. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹30,019 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, SMCD, CPWD, New Delhi. Bidders must submit original EMD, deposit receipt of original EMD along with necessary documentation, including OEM Certificate or Authorization from OEM of VERTIV, work experience certificates issued by an officer not less than the Executive Engineer, profit-loss statements for the last 5 years (ending March 2024), net worth certificate for the year ending March 2024, a valid electrical contractor license, GST registration and up-to-date filed returns, and a training certificate of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
