The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the Annual Repair and Maintenance of Honorable Ministers and Ministers of State Bungalows under 3/B Sub-Division of B-Division, focusing on waterproofing work in various bungalows and servant quarters for the year 2025-26. This maintenance work, estimated to cost ₹12,86,136, falls under NIT No. 131/2025-26/BD/3 - Recall 1. The tender documents can be downloaded from 18-Jul-2025 and must be submitted by 5:00 PM on 25-Jul-2025. Bids will be opened on 25-Jul-2025 at 5:30 PM.
