The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "Operation and maintenance of 11KV sub station equipments, 500KVA/125KVA DG Set, internal electrical installation, water supply pump set, addressable fire alarm system, AC Plant, VRV system, fire fighting system, Boom barriers and lifts at Niti Aayog, New Delhi for the FY 2025-26", including the sub-work of "Providing of Technician for operation and maintenance of CCTV System." This is for NON-CPWD CONTRACTOR. The NIT/RFP NO is 07/AE(E)-IV/DED-203/2025-26. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 4,25,052 and is classified as Electrical - Telephone/Water Coolers/CCTV maintenance work. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is ₹ 8,501, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favour of Executive Engineer (E), ECD-II, CPWD, New Delhi.
