The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the Annual Repair & Maintenance of various electrical equipments at Defence Office Complex, Africa Avenue and KG Marg, New Delhi for the financial year 2025-26. This includes SITC of an indoor unit in Room No. 322A, A Block, and closing of one CKT at the outdoor unit in the Compactor room. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 2,06,743 and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) required is ₹ 4,135, payable in the form of DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC or BG favoring the Executive Engineer(E), ECD-II, CPWD, New Delhi.
