The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the Annual Repair and Maintenance Operations (ARMO) of the International Boys Hostel (500 capacity) and Food Court at IARI Pusa, New Delhi. This comprehensive project encompasses water supply, sanitary installation, internal electrical installation, fire fighting systems (including alarm systems), sub-station maintenance, lift maintenance, DG Sets, CCTV, RO Plants, access control systems, and solar PV system maintenance. The specific sub-work package focuses on the operation and maintenance of electrical installations, the sub-station, lift, fire fighting systems, and the AMC of two 4000 LPH RO systems. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 51,95,005 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,03,900, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of Executive Engineer (E), ED-XI, CPWD, New Delhi. The time allowed for the completion of this work is 12 months.
